Mouna-Mo Construction Limited Purchase Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance: By fulfilling an order from Mouna-Mo Construction Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the Vendor agrees to these terms and conditions.

  2. Delivery: Products must be delivered on or before the specified delivery date. Late deliveries may result in penalties or cancellation at the discretion of the Company.

  3. Quality and Inspection: All goods and services shall meet the specifications outlined in the purchase order. The Company reserves the right to inspect and reject goods that do not comply with the agreed specifications.

  4. Warranty: The Vendor warrants that all goods and services provided will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and fit for their intended purpose.

  5. Payment Terms: Payment terms shall be net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified in the purchase order.

  6. Confidentiality: The Vendor agrees to keep all proprietary information of the Company confidential and shall not disclose any details without the Company's prior written consent.

  7. Compliance: The Vendor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to the provision of goods and services under the purchase order.

  8. Indemnification: The Vendor shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Vendor's breach of these terms or negligence.

  9. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the purchase order in whole or in part if the Vendor fails to comply with any of these terms.

  10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties, or failing that, by arbitration or legal proceedings in a jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.

By accepting a purchase order from the Company, the Vendor agrees to these terms and conditions.
