As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a competent and experienced Site Engineer to oversee engineering execution on site and ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.


Key Responsibilities

Site Engineering & Execution

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site in line with approved drawings and specifications.

  • Set out works accurately and ensure proper implementation of structural and civil works.

  • Ensure all engineering works comply with design standards, codes, and project requirements.

Technical Coordination

  • Interpret and implement structural, civil, and architectural drawings on site.

  • Provide technical guidance to foremen, artisans, and subcontractors.

  • Liaise with consultants and the design team to resolve technical issues during construction.

Quality Control & Inspection

  • Carry out inspections of works to ensure quality standards and workmanship requirements are met.

  • Ensure materials and workmanship conform to approved specifications and test results.

  • Identify defects or deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

Materials & Resource Management

  • Monitor material usage and minimize wastage on site.

  • Support material requisitions and ensure timely availability of construction materials.

  • Verify quantities of materials delivered and used on site.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.

  • Maintain accurate site records including setting-out data, inspections, and work progress.

  • Assist with measurement of works and documentation for valuation purposes.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Identify potential risks and report safety concerns immediately.

  • Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings as required.


Qualifications & Experience

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years site-based experience on building or civil construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and site execution.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.

  • Good understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations.

  • Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Site Coordination & Implementation

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture / Interior Design (with strong architectural background).

  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in interior architecture, fit-out works, or construction-based interior projects.

  • Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
