Job Title: Surveillance and Monitoring Officer (Head)
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive surveillance and monitoring strategies.
- Conducting site inspections and assessing feasibility for enhanced security measures.
- Establishing and maintaining monitoring protocols for optimal safety and coverage.
- Researching, evaluating, and providing cost estimates for surveillance equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant government regulations and compliance standards.
- Monitoring and refining safety procedures, surveillance systems, and compliance processes.
- Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external security vendors to optimize monitoring systems.
- Managing surveillance operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Sourcing, reviewing, and compiling quotes for security-related needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in security monitoring or surveillance management, preferably in the construction or related industries.
- Proven expertise in managing surveillance systems and conducting security audits.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with site managers and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in surveillance management software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail for monitoring and identifying potential issues.
