As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to support project design coordination, site implementation, and architectural quality control across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design & Documentation

Develop interior architectural designs, space planning layouts, and detailed working drawings.

Prepare interior finishes schedules, joinery details, furniture layouts, and specifications.

Ensure interior designs align with the overall architectural concept, client requirements, and project budget.
Site Coordination & Implementation

Conduct regular site visits to supervise interior works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Provide technical guidance to site teams, artisans, and subcontractors handling interior finishes and fittings.

Resolve interior-related design issues during construction and fit-out stages.
Materials & Finishes Management

Specify, review, and approve interior materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings.

Ensure materials used on site meet approved samples, quality standards, and durability requirements.

Coordinate mock-ups and samples for client or management approval.
Project Coordination

Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors to ensure seamless interior works execution.

Participate in site meetings and progress reviews related to interior works.

Support the Project Manager with interior progress tracking and reporting.
Quality Control & Compliance

Inspect interior works to ensure high-quality workmanship and design intent are achieved.

Identify defects and ensure timely corrections before handover.

Ensure interior works comply with safety, fire, and building regulations.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.

Prepare interior work progress reports and snag lists for management review.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture / Interior Design (with strong architectural background).

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in interior architecture, fit-out works, or construction-based interior projects.

Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and detailing.

Good understanding of coordination with MEP services (lighting, HVAC, electrical layouts).
-
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-
High attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment.
