As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to support project design coordination, site implementation, and architectural quality control across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Documentation

• Develop interior architectural designs, space planning layouts, and detailed working drawings.

• Prepare interior finishes schedules, joinery details, furniture layouts, and specifications.

• Ensure interior designs align with the overall architectural concept, client requirements, and project budget.

Site Coordination & Implementation

• Conduct regular site visits to supervise interior works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Provide technical guidance to site teams, artisans, and subcontractors handling interior finishes and fittings.

• Resolve interior-related design issues during construction and fit-out stages.

Materials & Finishes Management

• Specify, review, and approve interior materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings.

• Ensure materials used on site meet approved samples, quality standards, and durability requirements.

• Coordinate mock-ups and samples for client or management approval.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors to ensure seamless interior works execution.

• Participate in site meetings and progress reviews related to interior works.

• Support the Project Manager with interior progress tracking and reporting.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Inspect interior works to ensure high-quality workmanship and design intent are achieved.

• Identify defects and ensure timely corrections before handover.

• Ensure interior works comply with safety, fire, and building regulations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and site instructions.

• Prepare interior work progress reports and snag lists for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture / Interior Design (with strong architectural background).

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in interior architecture, fit-out works, or construction-based interior projects.

• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and detailing.

• Good understanding of coordination with MEP services (lighting, HVAC, electrical layouts).

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment.

As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a competent and experienced Builder to support on-site construction activities and ensure that building works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Construction & Execution

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day building construction activities on site.

• Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Interpret construction drawings and communicate requirements clearly to site operatives and subcontractors.

Materials & Resource Management

• Monitor the usage of construction materials to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.

• Support the requisition, receipt, and proper storage of building materials on site.

• Ensure materials used meet approved quality and specification standards.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Carry out routine inspections of building works to ensure compliance with quality standards and workmanship requirements.

• Identify defects or non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Ensure construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Coordination & Supervision

• Supervise artisans, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to site instructions.

• Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and other site professionals to achieve smooth project execution.

• Report daily site progress, challenges, and material needs to the Project Manager.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including progress updates and work completed.

• Maintain accurate site records such as work logs, material usage, and inspection reports.

• Assist the Project Manager with progress tracking and site documentation.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Enforce site safety rules and ensure all operatives comply with safety standards.

• Identify potential site risks and report safety concerns promptly.

• Support toolbox talks and safety briefings as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on experience as a Builder on construction projects.

• Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and site practices.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Good knowledge of quality control and construction safety standards.

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Procurement and Allocation:

  • Support the procurement of construction equipment and spare parts, ensuring all acquisitions align with project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Oversee the allocation and deployment of equipment across multiple project sites, optimizing resource utilization.

• Spare Parts Management:

  • Manage the purchasing, delivery, and issuance of spare parts, ensuring the availability of critical components to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain an optimal inventory of spare parts, leveraging the company's ERP system for accurate tracking.

• Maintenance Oversight:

  • Work closely with the manager to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
  • Monitor maintenance activities and ensure all equipment remains in optimal working condition, adhering to safety and operational standards.

• Inventory Management:

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all equipment and spare parts using the company's ERP system.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and ensure efficient asset management.

• Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate detailed reports on equipment usage, maintenance costs, and spare parts inventory for senior management.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions regarding equipment management, procurement, and resource allocation.

• Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled professionals within the Equipment Department, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the department and with other key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale equipment fleets and rental operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent knowledge of construction equipment, including operation, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for equipment and inventory management.
